I build basements on Long Island using the real framing techniques any framing contractor would use to build your house. This way I use studs and wall board which make for a stronger wall as compared to modular-panel type of construction. This framing technique allows you to paint any color and hang cabinets, TV’s, paintings, light fixtures etc. from real walls.
